1teaspoonginger pasteor fresh minced ginger (see notes)
1lemon, juicedabout 3 tablespoons
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl or mason jar.
Using a whisk, combine well. If using a mason jar, attach the lid and give it a good shake!
NOTES

Curry dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
When ready to use, set it on the counter to bring it to room temperature.
Alternatively, you can gently heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds at 50% power to reach a pourable consistency.
